Contact our showroom team within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

Secure Packaging

Carefully roll and wrap your rug in its original protective packaging or an equivalent waterproof material to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Arrange Collection or Shipping

Affix the return label to the package and either schedule a courier collection through our preferred partners or drop it off at a designated shipping point.

Inspection and Refund

Once our specialists have inspected the rug to confirm it is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
