Do you offer international shipping?
We certainly do. We ship our handmade rugs and kilims worldwide using secure, tracked courier services to ensure your investment arrives safely at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period. If the rug doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Can I see a rug in person before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom to view our current collection. Alternatively, we offer high-resolution photos and videos upon request to help you see the texture and colors more clearly.
Do the colors of the rugs look the same as online?
We photograph our rugs in natural light to ensure color accuracy. However, due to differences in monitor settings and the lustrous nature of hand-spun wool, slight variations in shade may occur.
